Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. amroshperfumes.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of incorrect information, payment issues, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery:

Kerala: Up to 5 days
Outside Kerala: 7–10 days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. No Returns & Refunds

All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, wrong selection, personal preference, or other reasons unrelated to a confirmed product issue.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, broken, leaked, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately.

A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for damage or delivery-related claims. The video must show the sealed package, shipping label, complete unboxing, and the issue without cuts or editing.

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund at amroshperfumes.com's discretion.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact information. amroshperfumes.com is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information or customer unavailability.
