Order Processing
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery Time
- Kerala: Delivery within 5 days maximum
- Outside Kerala: Delivery within 7–10 days
Delivery times may occasionally vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
No Return & Refund Policy
We currently do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong selection, or any other reason unrelated to damage during delivery.
Damaged Product on Delivery
If your perfume bottle arrives damaged, broken, leaked, or defective due to transportation, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Important: A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory to claim a refund or replacement for a damaged product.
The unboxing video must:
- Clearly show the sealed package before opening.
- Show the entire package and shipping label.
- Be recorded continuously from start to finish without cuts or editing.
- Clearly show the product and any damage after opening.
Claims without a proper, uninterrupted unboxing video may not be accepted.
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with the unboxing video and relevant order details so we can review the issue.
